This was filmed at the monthly meeting -open to the public on 11.3.10 It was held at The New Columbia Community Center in N. Portland.
There was three guest speakers who inform the committee about the escalating Human Trafficking problems we have in our city.
There is a noisy background fan running that was pretty annoying to everyone participating.
The monthly open to the public meeting is held every first Wednesday of the month from 3:30 - 6:00 PM This was filmed in N Portland.
Portland has a serious problem with Human trafficking in the sex trade and the work / slave trade. It was an eye opening informative meeting. The three guests speakers, were asking for community help in this horrible escalating problem. There was an additional input on this subject by a "citizen" at the public comment latter part of the video.
The video is 142 minutes long: http://www.archive.org/details/PortlandHumanRightsCommissionMeetingNov32010
